This is my favourite food. Where possible I'm using food from the garden or cheap, locally sourced food. To be quite honest, it would be lovely to inspire someone else to try any of the recipes but, ultimately, I'm compiling all the recipes my boys may need when they eventually fly the nest and need to impress someone special or just think of home...

the forgotten courgettes
Itrained for a couple of days so nobody picked the courgettes - now we have marrows! Expect no recipes for stuffed marrow.
